“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”

Ingredients

  • 1 Pre-made whole wheat thin pizza crust
  • 1 medium tomato sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • 1 cup shredded italian cheeses (mozzarella, provolone, romano, asiago and parmesan)
  • 1 italian sausage, chopped and cooked in a skillet
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet or cooking stone
  3. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil
  4. Arrange sliced tomatoes, chopped basil, sausage and cheese on the crust
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or to desired crispness
